Bug found and fixed (kdeaddons/kfile-plugins/mhtml)

Hi all

I just fixed a bug (actually two) that might cause an infinite loop in file 
kdeaddons/kfile-plugins/mhtml/kfile_mhtml.cpp

This happens when an email addres is of type "S. Georgaras" 
<sngeorgaras at otenet.gr> instead of S. Georgaras <sngeorgaras at otenet.gr>
(the double quotes were the problem) and multiple (such) addresses exist in 
the same field (TO:, CC:, BCC:)

Also the address decoding was not correctly done when a '=?=' existed in the 
encoded text

Is it ok to commit?
If only I noticed before 3.4.2 tagging...
