MMB on back, forwar and home

Ah I thought MMB == Left+Ctrl.
So, MMB should do what MMBOpensNewTab says and Ctrl+Left always in new
tab. Okay.

Well I intend to do that, but that might take a few days, because I
haven't looked at that corner of konqueror yet.
