No provisions as yet, but I can add an option.  What KConfig file is used for 
khtml?

Yes, this would be like, beyond kick ass.  I *think* it's only possible with 
COMPOSITE, but I dunno, because XFree 4.3's XCURSOR support supported 
translucent cursors, so there may be a way to do it with XCURSOR.  I don't 
think Qt supports it natively though, so I'm not sure how we could work 
around that.
