Patch: fix intermittent crash in KHTML Thai Word Break

Hello,

Regarding the Thai word break patch in KHTML, after testing longer 
there were some intermittent crashes. I updated the patch (basically 
add khtml::init_thaibreaks() in rendering/break_lines.cpp) and have 
tested it for about 3 weeks. So far so good, no crash. Would you  
have a look and if no problem please add to the CVS?
