KCursor strangeness

I'm proceeding with the kdenox syncronization.

I've found a few places in khtmlview.cpp

where KCursor::SizeViewCursor and similar are used instead of 
KCursor::sizeViewCursor().

Since KCursor inherits Qt, this goes unnoticed.

I am not sure how long this interface is going to stay around, since theming 
can be applied to X11 (and thus Qt) cursors anyway.

Meanwhile, I think the attached patch should be applied.
