kio_mhtml: Add menu entries

Hi all

The latest changes I have committed include code to display a <table> with the 
message info (From, To etc) and a <table> to display the attachments (for EML 
files only).

It would be nice to have a way to disable this. I was thinking something like 
two menu entries under View: "Show message info" and "Show attachments".

Is it possible to add such menu entries to konqueror from an ioslave?
