How to compile just Konqueror/Khtml with konstruct

KHTML is in kdelibs.  (kdelibs/khtml)

Konqueror is part of kdebase (kdebase/libkonq and kdebase/konqueror)

But as Thiago pointed out, it will be hard to just up and pull out KHTML and 
Konqueror.  KDE applications use the KDE coding libraries extensively, and 
Konqueror is like the very example of a KDE-libraries-using application. ;)
