[PATCH] Making <img style="max-width: 100px" /> work

Hi,

The attached patch [against 3.5 branch] makes something like 

<img src="img.jpeg" style="max-width: 100px" />

work by scaling the height proportionally.

ok to commit?

btw, I am working on making "max-width: 100%" work for images, but I can't 
figure it out. Can someone point me in the right direction?
