Oh yeah. That looks cool ;-)
I remember there were a similar bug in Mozilla wrt to scrollable table
sections with border-collapse:collapsed.
But this bug seems to be caused by a different fault. If you or anybody else
manages to create a proper testcase -> bugs.kde.org is your friend.
