Rendering: Wrong positions of some Thai characters

Hello kfm-devel,

Although I believe this is not a problem of KDE/KHTML, (rather Qt?), 
just in case some of you have some clues. There are some mistakes in 
rendering of some Thai characters (mostly vowels and tonemarks) e.g.:

 ั, ั้, ์, ป + ่ ้ ๊ ๋, x+่ ้ ๊ ๋+ำ
