I think completely removing the unused items for kparts which have no use for 
them would be even better.
Ok, changing UI's aren't perfect either, but the konqy UI is anyway changing 
when loading kparts and e.g. edit->delete doesn't make sense for khtmlpart.

That's a really good idea I'd say :-)
