Indeed. We cannot simply copy the code over to kdelibs.

We can, however, link to it, no problem. And since kio_http is never linked 
against the applications -- normally -- then there's no problem in using 
it.

However, if for KDE 4, we decide to launch ioslaves from the app instead of 
from klauncher (see the SELinux discussions on kde-devel), then this could 
pose a problem.
