kioslave Remote Galery - where does it belong?

Hello,
David Faure suggested that I could create a new kioslave for the "remote 
galery protocol", see http://gallery.menalto.com in general and
http://gallery.menalto.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=GalleryDocs&file=index&page=gallery-remote.protocol.php
for the protocol description.

Are there any comments?

What should be the name of the protocol and the slave?
- I would not kike to call it "gr:" unless this is an official name

Where in the kde source tree should it be placed?
