rendering of background tiled image ?

bg images for all 3 folder headers on the front page (Sign-in/New Account Sing-up/All about Hmail) are lowered when minimum font size is changed from 9 to 12 
(more than 1 line used to display Sign-In and other headers with the bigger font)
