Install kdeartwork sources and copy kdeartwork/IconThemes/kdeclassic/22x22/actions/kde/kde.png over the above one,
or install a kdeartwork package and copy $kdeprefix/share/icons/kdeclassic/22x22/actions/kde.png over the above one.
