Sorry, but, why?

I'd say this is a WONTFIX. People should make their files correctly. They 
make two frames, we show two frames. I'd say that the other browsers have a 
bug in that they show only the first frame in a multi-frame image.

BTW, how does this relate to APNG (Animated PNG)?
