Doubleclick handling for <select> tag (#71427)

Hi,

I did a patch for bug #71427, I attached it to the bug report. However David indicated there 
could also be a solution to use the event handling in KHTMLView, by naming the listbox/select 
widget "__khtml". This fixed the doubleclick handling, but introduced paint errors. Are there 
people aware of this problem and working on it? Is it an internal qt problem?
