khtml <body onload="#"> problem

Hi,

The attached html file cause khtml to get stuck in an infinite refresh. It is 
a reduced form of the ping page from a Linksys wireless router WRT54GS. 
Anyways, the problem is very obvious. khtml reloads the entire page even when 
the URL is a reference. Is there any easy way to address this issue. BTW, if 
the URL specified is blank, it breaks all the browsers I tested 
(Firefox/Konqueror).
