Traversal bic

I went ahead and merged the traversal from WebCore. The big problem: bic 
in the DOM tree. I was never too happy with the way it was done before 
and to be honest even after a whole bunch of fixes I committed few 
months ago it's still not really working. This makes the 
kdenonbeta/xpath actually work, which is nice.

Essentially, I'm not sure whether it's worth fighting to keep bc in 
traversal. Comments?
