Ok, I lifted Mozilla's bevel coloring code and integrated it into khtml. The
result is attached. All borders look nearly like Mozilla's which is very
pleasing (though not exactly, I don't know why).
It's still not as efficient as it could be as the brightness and the factors
are recalculated for every edge.
Please review.
