[patch] residual style support

Hello,

Here's a preliminary patch that merges residual style support from WebCore. It 
works quite well but has severe problems with <dl>s (which I hacked around -> 
residual styles don't work in <dl>s).

Just yesterday I came across two pages [1, 2] that actually render wrong 
without residual style support, so it seems to be a common illness on the 
web.

I haven't regression tested it yet, but I'm posting it early to ask if we want 
residual style support in khtml, and to have it reviewed.
