[Patch] make topleft table borders visible

Hello,
There's a trouble when using <table border>, the top and left borders are
drawn in white. As most sites use white as a background color, it looks like
the borders haven't been drawn.
The attached patch "solves" this by detecting that a default table border is
to be drawn and uses Mozilla colors in this case. Otherwise, the existing
algorithm is used.
I'll leave the patch for a view days to be review in case somebody has a
better idea. Otherwise, I'll commit in a few days.
