Konqueror selecting multiple tabs proposal

Yes. I sometimes wish that i could close multiple tabs at once.  I sometimes 
wish the same for taskbar entries

Probably use Ctrl instead of Shift. Ctrl is generally used to select 
disconnected items, while shift is used to a whole cluster of items.
