konqueror won't open links in external applications

Yep, it does. However, now I get two dialogs. First the aforementioned 

Open 'bla.pdf'?
Type: PDF Document
[ ] Do not ask again
[ Save as ... ] [ Open ] [ Cancel ]

dialog appears. Selecting open, immediately afterwards this dialog pops up:

Open 'bla.pdf'?
Type: PDF Document
[ ] Do not ask again
[ Save as ... ] [ Open with 'KGhostView' ] [ Cancel ]

Only when clicking open again, kghostview will finally be launched. (Reminds 
me of the 'Are you sure? Are you sure that you are sure?' behaviour of some 
other OS ;-) )
