The konqueror faq would prove well suited. How about an entry like:

How do I keep websites with Flash from hanging or crashing in KDE 3.2?
After upgrading to KDE 3.2, old versions of Flash like Flash 4 stop working
for some reasons which are not yet known, but occur across all sorts of
systems and configurations.
Therefore, download the latest version of the Flash plugin from
http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer (version 6 is known to work with
KDE 3.2), copy it into your Netscape/Mozilla plugins directory
(/opt/netscape/plugins, or /opt/mozilla/plugins; actual path may differ on
your system), and restart KDE.

I can exclude that as I'm still using the very same libstdc++ as for KDE 1,
KDE 2, and for KDE 3.0.
(Which raises the question why it does link to libstdc++ at all? Ain't all
Netscape plugins pure C only?)
