Request for porting Konqueror to Win

Hi there,
 
just a request: What about porting Konqueror as small-weight browser to the
evil Microsoft Windows OS? I just mean the KHTML rendering engine, no
email-client or other bloatware (like netscape)? As developer I would use
KHTML (as ActiveX) inside my programs rather than IE. And with Safari on
Apple, KDE on Linux and Konqueror on Windows you get more chances to become
noticed by webdesigners and other developers who optimize their products for
IE...
