[Patch] adding a reload method to KonqMainWindowIface

Hello,

Now that reload has become more useful, people demand that a reload can be 
triggered from dcop. Therefore, I added a reload method to 
KonqMainWindowIface.

Please review.

I consider not having this to be more a consistency bug than a missing 
feature, so I think it should go in for KDE 3.3.
