Reload doesn't keep scroll position

Ok, but that's only a problem for gotoAnchor, because it might jump to the
anchor, then the layout changes afterwards (e. g. an image is loaded), then
the top of the viewport would not point to the anchor any more. (That's why I
made the suggestion to keep jumping until the document is complete.)
But for reloading, the issue doesn't apply. As I know the exact coordinates
beforehand, I only have to wait until the content canvas a big enough height
to allow jumping to the remembered position. (Even if the element shown
before reload isn't yet shown after this layout, it will finally be shown
when the document completes.)
So if nobody contradicts, I'll commit.
