Actually, a "RMB / Execute..." menu entry, on executables and scripts,
sounds like a good idea to me. It would pop up a dialog with the options,
which also serves as a confirmation that the thing should be executed :)

Minicli's GUI and code for the options would have to move to libkonq, of course.
