Well, it's a true regression involving more than 800 testcases... (for 
reference, that's the reopened bug #61730) and regenerating would also lose 
track of the other more informative regressions...
it's a fair candidate for the showstopper category ;(

Not sure if it matters... on the one hand there's already the extra 20ms delay 
in testregression, but otoh the completed signal is indeed emitted earlier 
now (i.e before any document is fully layouted).
