Regression? bookmarks, tabs, folders

Hello,

I am just discussing on subject:

Which WWW browser is the best in the world and why Konqueror.

My opponent says, he has (KDE3.2.x) in Bookmarks menu option:
Open folder of bookmars as tabs

I don't have such option in KDE-CVS, only:
Folder of bookmarks from tabs

Was it removed deliberately, accidentally?
