Template for KHTML specific KParts

Hi,

A few mount ago I wrote a small kpart for khtml. Idea was to have a template
for this with features found in nspluginviewer/kjas/kmplayer and offer it
to kdevelop.
Well, there wasn't much interrest in this (and indeed it's just a kpart).
OTOH, letting it rot on my HDD is also a waist. So here it is, a
small demo that has browserextension (url changed/statusbar info),
liveconnectextention (javascript bindings from html page), plugininfo 
(version info in window.navigator.plugin array) and of course a build 
environment. Needs only an admin directory copied for kde-common and
'make -f admin/Makefile.common' afterwards. Also a mimetype and html page
that should display this demo plugin after it's installed.

Btw, there are no license headers, so feel free to choose one you think
is suitable.
