[PATCH][major regression] KHTML Crash fix

   KDE targets people all around the world, including Canada.  As Canadian 
contact point, I know how important it is that hockey sites work in 
Konqueror.  Recently a regression was introduced that causes assert failures 
on http://www.mapleleafs.com/ when clicking on "Standings" (sometimes it 
takes a few tries).  This patch seems to fix the problem for me.
