Bug: Ctrl+LMB opens link in new tab and current tab follows (CVS)

Hello,

I know, I know, it should go to the b.k.o but it is so strange I am not
sure if this is only my configuration?

I am choosing links with Ctrl+LMB to open them in new tab. But CVS
version (24.01 ca. 14.00 East Europe) opens link in new tab AND current
one.

Can anybody confirm?
