seeing "Go" and "Window" is pretty good, though now we have a UI guide 
violation of sorts with toolbar items that aren't in the menus and no way to 
get to the sidebar.

hrm... the data i'm collecting on this is fairly interesting already, though 
it is still heavily skewed towards advanced users at the moment (will be 
fixing that =) ... for instance print and zoom are just as important as up. 
with more intermediate and beginner user entries i bet this will change even 
further.. so... once i've got some more data (aiming for 50 data points, ~40% 
of the way there) i'll publish the results and hopefully we can use that to 
determine toolbars...
