CTRL+PageDown and CTRL+PageUp as tab navigation

Hi,

May I add CTRL+PageDown and CTRL+PageUp to switch to the next/previous tab? 
This is to add the Mozilla default keybindings to Konqueror.

I know this poses a problem: 
http://developer.kde.org/documentation/standards/kde/style/keys/cursorKeys.html 
says that CTRL+PageDown should "Move down one logical screen, e. g., to the 
next page". This has meaning for paged media like a PDF document, but has no 
meaning on the web. So I think we can make an exception for Konqueror.
