code coverage by test suite

Hi!

After the mozilla dom test suite showed two crashes
in our DOM code, I wanted to figure how much code is
really covered by our tests and this are the results:

(nothing fancy coloured, just pure text :)

In case you see such output for the first time: lines with
##### aren't covered at all - and there are quite some
in the dom_ files.
