Hello,

The following patch adds support for the <dl compact> attribute in accordance 
with HTML 4.01, compatible to Netscape Navigator 4 (Mozilla doesn't support 
it).

It works like a charm in HEAD (with the recent 
calculateHorizontal/VerticalPositions merge from Safari), and exhibits small 
bugs on kde 3.2, i. e. the <dt> shifts the margin to the right instead of 
taking from it, therefore the <dd> is unnaturally indented.

OK to commit to head?
