Hi

my mailer still can't read my mind. (or rather I should try hitting the
right button, the next time.)

The first patch corrects KbookmarkBar and KbookmarkMenu, so that they
open the url in a new tab with a Ctrl+Left click in addition to a middle
click.

Middle Clicks on KBookmarkBar/Menu didn't respect the "MMBOpensTab"
setting. The second patch corrects that.
