Broken tabbed browsing

I have some more information about how to reproduce the problem, and
this shows that this is really a grave issue. First my Konqueror is
configured that middle mouse click opens the link in a new tab in the
background after the current one. To reproduce:
1. Open some tabs, let's say with labels:

Label1 | Label2 | Label3 | Label4

2. Now on the first tab click on a link with the middle mouse, let's say
the title of the new tab will be Label5. Now you will see:
Label1 | Label5 | Label3 | Label4 | empty

where empty is a tab without any label.
If you go through the tabs, as soon as you activate them, the right
label will be displayed, so after you go through all of them, you will
see what was expected:
Label1 | Label5 | Label2| Label3 | Label4
