BUG: Duplicating window/tab

Hello,

I found the following bug while duplicating a window or a tab:

1. Open Konqueror
2. Change location
3. Go back
4. Duplicate window/tab

Result: In the new window/tab you can only go backward. The current  
location in the history is not set correctly.

The attached patch for "konq_view.cc" resolves this. Could anyone commit  
it, if there are no regressions?

BTW: The root folder's tab name/history string is an empty string. It  
looks strange. I expected a slash. Is this empty string intended?
