Duplicate Window/Tab History Bug

Hi

To reproduce this bug:
Visit the following URLS by typing them into the location textfield:

http://1
http://2
http://3

Use the back button to navigate to http://2
Observe that the forward and backward buttons are enabled.

Duplicate the window (Ctrl+D)
Observe that the forward button is disabled, and that a click on
backward takes you to http://2 instead of http://1.

The same bug exists for Duplicate Tab.

This patch corrects that.
