Just somehow set it to use normal shortcuts for back/forward : ALT-Right for 
forward and ALT-Left for backward. And associate this with your mouse buttons 
in KHotkeys in control center. Should work fine already and as Coolo pointed 
out there are many options bloating the settings already.
