cliprect ignored for text

Hello,

This has bugged me for months, but I haven't found a solution yet:

For text drawn in elements with overflow:scroll/auto, the cliprect is ignored
(though it is correctly set). In KDE 3.2, this works.

As there is not even one bug report about it, and I haven't seen this issue
popping up in the lists either, I wonder if anybody else can reproduce it.

See attached testcase. The lines spill out of the div, which has
overflow:scroll attached to it.

My previously posted paint optimisation patch makes this bug less noticeable,
but you can still see that the text spills over the horizontal scroll bar.
