[patch] save unnecessary repaints

Hello,

This patch reduces unnecessary repaints of InlineTextBoxes in RenderTexts by 
constricting the limits. Borders/padding don't need to taken care of any more 
as they are handled by InlineFlowBoxes.

Please review. If there are no complaints, I'll commit in 24hrs.
