What if a html page uses a iframe for images?

Hi,

Ok, this should be it then. This patch also makes Proxy and
ScriptInterpreter to use khtml::ChildFrame. Also a crash fix in
Window::get, compile fix for no-final and window.frames[num] works too.
Removed some ::qt_cast<KHTMLPart *>(ropart) now that
Window::retrieve is KParts::ReadOnlyPart based too.

It's even possible to set a new location (using frame.location=url) on a
iframe that never was a KHTMLPart. This is needed for eg.
http://www.anwb.nl/servlet/Satellite?pagename=OpenMarket/ANWB_verkeer/PopupVerkeerStreams&camera=everdingen
when browsing to another url and then by history go back. But probably
also for iframes declared as '<iframe src="image.jpg">'.

Can anyone see still problems here?
