Hello,

I've come up with a remarkably simple patch[1] that fixes bug #68954 "[test
case] \"title\" property of Anchor tags not properly rendered (regression)".

This one, to the contrary of the last one, doesn't break text selection, and
doesn't break anything else (at least not on the consistency checks I did).

Please review. If nobody finds any side effects, or comes up with a better
solution, I'll backport it, too. I think this is a must for KDE 3.2.3.
