Good idea. As Ctrl+Q has one which is a Good Thing(tm), and makes konqueror 
much better in this regard as Mozilla, Ctrl+W could have one, too. Given the 
fact that virtually only experienced users are using tabs, they won't be 
asked too much by a don't-show-again dialog.
