Set Encoding - Frame (context menu)

Hello,

Last time when context menu theme appeared on this list one of the arguments 
against removing Set Encoding from it was possibility of changing encoding 
in frames. Now context menu has submenu Frame and "Set Encoding" isn't 
there. Now you could move Set Encoding there and remove it from main 
context menu. Global changing of encoding can be easily changed from View 
menu.

One MacZealot I know has one valid point about Mac UI. All actions possible 
from context menu should be available from main menu. Now it is not 
possible to: Reload frame, Open frame in new tab/window, View Frame 
information.

Also this row of View... menu items is hardly recognizable. maybe new icons?
There is international sign for information, fat, stylized i. Nice for page/
frame information.
