I now get showEvents to KJS::SourceDisplay where this=0xfffffe00. I'll try
to investigate tonight if I have time. To reproduce, open a page with js in
konqi, preloading enabled, open the js debugger, close the debugger. close
konqi, open konqi (preloaded), open a page with js, open the debugger ->
crash. Some of those steps may not be necessary, I haven't checked.

Another related crash: open a page with js, open the debugger, close the
konqi window, try to change the file in the debugger combo (even back to the
same file). It crahes because of dangling pointers.
